Resort Rates

Please include in your e-mail if you have any special requests, such as if you are traveling with a child or infant and require a high chair or crib, or if you will be traveling with someone with special needs.
After recieving your form we will confirm with the resort that the travel dates you have specified are available and e-mail you back. After we have confirmed the dates are available you may pay us (below) and book your flight.
Please DO NOT book your flight until the vacation is paid for and confirmation is recieved from the resort!

NOTE:
- There is no limit on the amount of Villa's or rooms you may book, if you would like more than one, add the additional rate to your total.
- The length of stay should be the same for all residents of that villa or remaining people will have to cover the share if someone stays fewer days.
- Villa rates are based on 4 bedrooms (8 people), it is up to the residents of each villa to arrange payment sharing details for single people or couples bringing along kids.
Payment
After clicking the "Buy Now" button below, enter the amount depending on the rates above.
- If you are staying multiple weeks, multiple the rate above by the number of weeks.
- If you need to add/delete an amount of days, divide the weekly rate by seven to get a daily rate and add or subtract from your total based on the daily amount
Not Included in Price
- Airfare and airfare cancellation insurance
- There is an all-inclusive fee paid to the resort after your arrival. The fee for children is half the price of an adult per day. The fees for adults are as follows:
$50.00/day for Tropical Suites
$55.00/day for Crown, Residence, & Royal Suites
$65.00/day for Presidential Suites
$75.00/day for Crown Villas
- Drinks at the VIP Vibe Nightclub and Ice Night Club are not included in the all-inclusive fee, you have to pay for them separately.
- Some resturants may have a surcharge for some seafood dishes which isn't included in the all inclusive fee.
Wedding Discount
If you book accomodations for a wedding during the following months:
- May, June, September, October, or
- the first two weeks November, or
- the first three weeks of December
We can provide an additional 25% discount off on the accomodations.
If you would like to book accomodations for a wedding, fill out the pdf form normally, we will calculate your payment including the discount and let you know. You can then use the paypal button below and fill in the appropriate amount.
