Terms & Condtions

  • You do not deal with the resort directly until you arrive. We have to make the reservations ourselves, however the reservations will be made in the name specified in the form/e-mail.
  • The CANCELLATION POLICY for us is the same as the resort, if we can get a full refund you will as well:
  • Date Alterations
    • Once a booking has been confirmed you may only make date alterations where we are given 3 months notice prior to the arrival date. We can accept alterations of 2-3 day movement of the confirmed booking to accommodate flight changes. All alterations are subject to availability.

    Cancellations
    • Cancellation of a confirmed booking more that 3 months prior to arrival will receive a full fee accreditation.
    • Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% fee accreditation. Cancellation 1 month prior to arrival and the fee will be forfeited in its entirety.

    **NO CASH REFUND IS GIVEN, ONLY ACCREDITATION FOR ANOTHER VISIT.**

  • There are no hidden or surprise charges/fees. Tips are extra if you choose to provide them.

Peak Season & Low Season

  • Christmas & New Years - Book up to a year in advance
  • January, February, March & April - Extremely busy, the earlier you book the better your chance of getting the accomodation of your choice
  • June, July, August - Relatively busy, still book as early as possible
  • May, September, October, November - Low season
  • First two weeks of December - Low season
