Let's Adopt!

If you've picked out a pup or two you'd like please read the following rules, fill out the form, and send away!

Adoption Rules
  1. 3 petz per week, 1 per litter (MPA's are all considered 1 litter)
  2. Don't adopt just to put petz on your site or trade
  3. DO NOT PA or put up for download anywhere...MPA or send back to me!
  4. Put "I love dogz naturalist" somewhere in your application so I know you read the rules
  5. One adoption request per form (sorry, this is just so I stay organized :P)
  6. Please keep Dogz Naturalist or Cobby in your show prefix
  7. Feel free to rename, trim large files, change gender, or hex eyelid color. (except for MPA's)
  8. If a pet is listed as a freebie just put "freebie" in the why section, and I may be harder on apps for MPA's
  9. If the form doesn't work and you send an email instead please but "Adopt (Petz Name Here)" as the email subject

    If you don't follow the rules, I'll delete your email and obviously you won't get the pup.
